Salon Policies

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Check, Venmo + Cash are accepted.

CREDIT + DEBIT CARDS TRANSACTIONS
A 3% transaction fee is directly applied and processed by Phorest Software and Stripe
to all credit and debit card transactions.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are greatly appreciated.
They may only be accepted in the form of Cash
or Venmo for those staff members with Venmo accounts.
Gratuities cannot be processed on credit cards.
There is an ATM on premise if needed.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for services rendered or products sold. If adjustments are necessary for a service, we request the opportunity to provide such and must be contacted within 2 days of service.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
Confirmations are sent via text message, or email if requested, 48 hours in advance of a client appointment with a link to click to confirm.
If a change or cancellation is needed, it may done via the app outside the 24 hour cancellation window or with a phone call to Society 201 Salon at 201-904-2828.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Advance notice of a cancellation is encouraged and respectfully requested before 24 hours.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
Depending on type of service, a same day cancellation can result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENT
If a client does not show for an appointment and does not cancel in advance, Society 201 Salon

reserves the right to charge 
100% of the service to the credit card on file.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please notify us if you are running late.
Depending on the service scheduled, 15 minutes or more may result in the need to amend the services scheduled or reschedule if it cannot be completed in the remaining time before the next client.
